About Cassie Ngai

Growing up in metropolitan Hong Kong, a city well known for its ultra-competitive housing market, Cassie is naturally drawn to real estate.

She started her real estate career in London with world-renowned developers Qatari Diar and Delancey, joint owners of the London Olympic Village, a multiple award-winning residential development that transformed the private rental industry in the UK. More recently, Cassie has made the British Virgin Islands, a Caribbean property hot spot and tax-neutral jurisdiction her home while serving local and international clients.

Being a residential portfolio landlord, coupled with qualifications in residential valuation with RICS, and a certificate in Real Estate and Economics from the London School of Economics, Cassie is considered a market leader with deep first-hand industry knowledge.

She completes an average of 8 deals per month and has surpassed 500 sales and rentals since relocating to the BVI. She is proud to have received RE/MAX 100% Club, Platinum Club and Hall of Fame Awards over the years. She was ranked 15 out of 550 agents in the RE/MAX Latin and Central America region in 2020 and hired her first team member in 2021.

Her signature talent of helping sellers and buyers to complete property transactions efficiently gives her an unparalleled advantage in generating referral businesses.

Real estate aside, she loves jetting around the world to observe cutting-edge interior and architectural designs. She has visited more than 70 countries all the while sampling new cultures and building new relationships.
