Here’re a two (2) things you should know about BVI Tax Codes:

1. Belongers pay less than $10USD per acre of property owned; whether it’s private property or within a company
2. Expats pay $50.00 USD per year for every 1/2 acre owned
   1. $150.00 USD if you own over an acre of property in the BVI
   2. If you own a house in the BVI you pay 1.5 % of the income value of your property per year
